Rewind a to a few years and I was stuck in the cycle of stress that left me overweight, overwhelmed and unhappy. After years of being unhealthy and unhappy (and wondering "is this as good as it gets?") I decided something had to change. So I created a system that completely transformed my life for the better, one small change at a time. What happened? I got healthy, lost 45 pounds and gained my confidence. I stopped the cycle of stress and guilt, allowing me to relax at home, and at school. I created my dream job, started enjoying teaching again and built a lifestyle I love. I was so inspired that I became a certified coach and now I'm privileged to help other teachers do the same!
