Instructions & Trouble-shooting tips:

1. You must visit the website on a mobile device and open your browser app outside of Instagram.

2. Use Google Chrome app on mobile, and paste the link above to visit the website. (If you click the link from inside Instagram, this may not work for you. So again, you must open up an external browser app and visit the website that way).

4. Update your Instagram app: Next, make sure you visit the App Store, search Instagram, tap on Instagram and see if your app needs to be updated. Then update the app.

5. Restart your phone.

6. Log out of Instagram, then back in.

7. Check to see if the trial reels feature has shown up on one of your older phones by logging into your account, or use a partner or friends phone to see if you can login to your account and activate the feature from this other device. (Once you post a trial reel from any device, you'll be able to see the "trial reels" are next to drafts).

8. Report a problem in the Instagram app: Shake your phone to report a problem, and say you don't have the trial reel feature yet, and ask how can you get it.

9. Keep trying the steps, following them exactly.
